My Christmas Wish List!

I know, I know, I am really slacking. I feel like I start each post the same now. I will come back eventually… But anyway! People are pestering me as to what I want for Christmas, so I thought I best do a post! Let’s get started. PS. It goes without saying that I would be thankful for anything anyone bought me and no one should feel obliged to buy me anything!!

Games, Games, Games!
There’s a lot of games I want this year! Well more DLC to be honest, but I digress. I am wanting to get my hands on… Titan fall 2, Dishonoured 2, All the Fallout 4 DLC and the Dishonoured 1 DLC.

The Balm Meet Matt(e) Hughes Lip Set
Link here!
I only have one liquid lipstick from the Balm, but I really love it and this is a perfect little set to try out a few more colours. And this is a really decent price too!

Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara- WATERPROOF!

Link here!

I have always wanted to try this mascara, as it sounds right up my street. And now it’s waterproof?! Even better!! Definitely need to add this to my collection.

Colourpop is a brand I have wanted to try for such a long time, so would love to have some treats to sample! I am interested in the Super Shock Shadows in Kathleen Lights/ Muse and Sunset Blvd. I also like the Ultra Matte Liquid Lipsticks in Mars/ Succulent and Botanical.

Jeffree Star Liquid Lipstick

Link here!

Again, more liquid lipsticks… Sensing a theme?! The Jeffree Star liquid lipsticks are so sought after by many and I would love to try them. The ones I would like are Watermelon Soda/ Rose Matter and Masochist.

Nails Inc Polish in Chelsea Square

Link here!

I already have this polish, but it’s drying up and I could do with another. It’s arguably my favourite nails polish to wear! It’s so sparkly and beautiful!

Cherries on Snow Yankee Candle

Link here!

It’s back!!! It’s bloody back!! There retired this one a few years ago, and I was absolutely gutted as it’s my favourite Yankee Candle of all time. And whilst milling around the shops earlier this week, I saw it and squealed! I NEED ONE OF THESE THIS CHRISTMAS!! Either this or Black Cherry and I will be very happy! Oh and Cinnamon Stick! That ones stunning too.

Wine Glasses

I know many people will believe these are tacky, but I really like these! I could do with a new batch of glasses, as I have broken a lot of mine! WHOOPS!

Link here!

Well we all knew this was going to be on here, didn’t we? My favourite things to get are: Snow Fairy Shower Gel, Shoot for the Stars Bath Bomb, Father Christmas Bath Bomb, Golden Wonder Bath Bomb, Candy Mountain Bubble Bar, The Magic of Christmas Bubble Bar and anything else! Everything from Lush is amazing!

And that’s everything! I do want my tattoo finishing too, and need to pay for driving lessons, but feel guilty asking for that for Christmas!

I visited Lush Oxford Street and Hauled!

My friends and I visited London last week and I had such an amazing time! I had 2 objective to complete on my first ever first to London. To see Big Ben? Nope. To see the Palace? Not likely. It was to see Les Mis and go to the largest Lush store in the World. And boy did I have fun.

I knew that the Halloween collection was launching in most stores on the 23rd, so that’s the day we decided to go. To my absolute surprise, as I approached the heavenly opening of the store, there was big shock. Glistening on a front of store stand was the sickly sweet Snow Fairy. I squealed (and I think I concerned a passerby!).  The store had all the winter stock out and had done for a week, with them being the flagship store. Despite my pure ecstasy, I only spent around £40 as I knew I would get a lot for Christmas, knew I would buy loads at the Boxing Day sale and also have some previous stock to use up too! Stay tuned to see the bits I bought and a few photo’s from the store!!

Shoot for the Star Bath Bomb (Christmas Exclusive)
One of my Lush favourites! It does look different to last years, as it has gold, shiny stars on rather than the pink/ yellow shooting stars from last year. It still has the same beautiful toffee small and I cannot wait to use again.

Father Christmas Bath Bomb (Christmas Exclusive)
Another one I love, which smells sweet and vanillary. I think this one has a green inside which bursts out when you pop in the bath!

Star Dust Bath Bomb (Christmas Exclusive)
I cannot remember whether this is a previous one which has changed in looks? It’s rosey and vanillary with a surprise inside!!

Candy Mountain Bubble Bar (Christmas Exclusive)
A staple in my collection. Despite this only being available at Christmas, it does preserve itself well so if you stock up, it should last you all year! It smells of Snow Fairy (which I actually didn’t buy yet as I still have 2 bottles to use!). It created big, soft, sweet bubbles in your bath and is stunning.

Pumpkin Bath Bomb (Winter Exclusive)
This smells just like pumpkin pie! It’s deep and spicy, but has a sweetness to take the edge of. This is new and was not available last year as far as I am aware! I am looking forward to using this one.

The Magic Of Christmas Bubble Wand (Christmas Exclusive)
You like Cinnamon? You’ll love this! This is so quintessentially Christmas! It’s such a cosy, cinnamon, mulled wine sort of scent and lasts ages too!

Honey Bee Bath Bomb (Retiring)
Goodbye Honey Bee! Honey Bee is on it’s way out which makes me oh so sad… It smells, as one would expect, of honey!

Honey I Washed the Kids Soap (Permanent Collection)
As well as May Pole, this is one of my favourite soaps. It smells of rich honey with a super sweet top note. It’s moisturising and just lovely.

And that’s all I bought, I was good right? I had added in a slide show of a few photo’s I took in the store. They’re not the best quality as it was busy and I also was carrying a basket to fill!

Another online order isn’t far away I think…

L’Oreal Paris Pure Clay Glow Mask Review!

With the unreliable weather in the UK of recent, my skin is really struggling. It’s dry yet oily and I am breaking out everywhere. I bought this mask a few months ago and thought I would share my thoughts with you guys!

As far as I am aware, there are 3 masks in this range; the glow, the purity and the detox. The one I purchased claims to brighten and illuminate the skin whilst gently exfoliating.  The masks are £8 each for 50ml, however when I purchased mine, I only paid £5.

The mask texture itself is clay like, with tiny grains interspersed into the product. The smell is not for me… It smells as all clay masks does, but isn’t my favourite, but it’s not so overpowering that I cannot use the product.

You are instructed to apply this to the skin, and let it dry for 5-10 minutes before washing off with warm water.

I have to say, when washing this off, I didn’t notice my skin glow like a heavily pregnant ladies, but it did make my skin feel tighter, more supple and so, so soft! For that reason alone, I highly recommend this product. I have used it 5-6 times already, and still have a few more uses left. I would happily purchase it at the RRP.

Has anyone else tried any of the other range/ Would you recommend them?

Zoella Fragranced Body Mist Collection!

Guess who’s back!!! I think I will come back in dribs and drabs to get back into things. I have felt a little lack lustre of recent, and have had a lot going on so didn’t want to drag you down in my blogs! But now I am back and hopefully for good! Anyway, today I am going to discuss with you the current range of Zoella Spritz spray collection!!

Blissful Mistful

This was from Zoella’s first range. It has a very classic, fresh scent. It’s light, floral and so flattering. These are only sprays, so they’re not as strong as a perfume but they hang around all day!

Let’s Spritz

This smells like Tutti Fruity (which should be expected as it’s from the Tutti Fruity range). It’s fruity and smells strongly of berries. This one does hang around a lot longer than the first.

Sweet Inspirations

At first, I didn’t like this one and it took me ages to buy it. It’s not too sweet but smells of almonds and macaroons. This has, funnily enough, ended up being my favourite scent of them all!! It’s divine and lasts super long on your skin.

There is also another scent that has been launched for Christmas called Bake My Day, but that is not available in my Superdrug yet. It’s supposed to smell of gingerbread, so I don’t know whether I will like it or not.

These are always on offer in Superdrug and on Feel Unique, and I also believe Zoella has brought out a mini’s collection of all of the spritz’s for Christmas, for you to sample them all!

Overall, I really like these sprays as they are cheap, smell beautiful and are gorgeously packaged to pop on your dresser!!

Another eBay Find!

Since attempting to loose weight, I am in need of some new clothes. However, I am in the horrible predicament where my previous clothes don’t fit but I don’t want to buy a full new wardrobe as I want to loose more weight! So I have taken to buying things from eBay and have no been disappointed yet!

A few weeks ago, I bought a beautiful dress: See post here!  and was really happy, so took the plunge again and picked up another.

The item was from Lee-Wholesale-Ltd who sells a lot of dresses, and fell under the name: Women Sexy Celeb Lace Playsuit Party Evening Summer Ladies Dress Shorts Jumpsuit- PHEW! As you can see, there are quite a few items here!

A few things to point out before buying… The skirt part looks grey on the photo but it was definitely more beige when It came. Also, I ordered a 12-14 which is classed as an extra large (brilliant for my self esteem), so make sure you check the description for sizes before ordering.

This was only £7 too, which free postage!! Overall, I am pleased with the purchase and received a lot of compliments on it!!

Nails of the Week #57!

I know… I am crap okay?! I can only apologise… My life is a little hectic at the minute and I just haven’t had the passion to post! I am hoping I get a second wind soon. Anyway, here’s what I have had on my nails this week!

Barry M Aqua Glitter and PS Lagoon
I had been seeing a lot of posts of recent about mermaid nails. I am no where near talented enough to be able to pull of those styles, so I settled for this instead!! I glitter top coat is
really beautiful and I think really set off the base colour nicely!

Barry M Multi Glitter and Rimmel 60 Second Super Shine in Instyle Coral

Instyle Coral is still one of, if not my favourite polish. It’s so stunning… I wanted pop on a cute accent nail in hopes of encouraging the sun to come out with the summer vibes… It did not work!!

Nails of the Week #56!

This week has been a week of pretty pinks! Let’s get started!

MUA Cherry Blossom
Such a beautiful deep pink, with a glossy shine. I always love the formula’s of the MUA polishes, and for £1, you really can’t grumble!

MUA Bright Coral
And another MUA polish here to justify my above point! I love this polish so much, that I noticed when I cleared my nail polish collection out, I discovered I had bought 3 of these! And I can confirm, when I go into Superdrug, I always pick this one up again, before realising I have it!!

Barry M Gelly Shine Grapefruit
Another beautiful bright pink! Barry M is another brand which I swear by, especially their Gelly Shine range. They’re glossy, pigmented, durable and super affordable!!

June Glossybox!

This will be my last Glossy Box for a while. I have cancelled my subscription for a while to see if there’s any other boxes that peak my interests! I am sure I will be back! Anyway, let’s begin…

Spa To You Natural Konjac Sponge

From the wacky and wonderful Japan! It’s an exfoliating sponge which cleanses and softens your skin. I cannot work out whether it has some product in it or it’s just a magical sponge?! We will see!!

Origins GinZing Energy Boosting Moisturiser

A zesty and very orangey moisturiser which awakens and revitalises the skin! This smells incredible!! This would be really beautiful and refreshing on the skin in a morning. The texture feels really nice too.

De Gruyere After Sun Lotion

This smells absolutely divine… It smells of coconut, vanilla and summer! The lotion feels really silky and moisturising too. I am looking forward to using this one.

Ladival Sun Protection Spray SPF 15

13435662_10209287603964248_905143060_nNow the sun is finally making an appearance, Glossy Box are cracking out all their sun products! This is helpful, but not very exciting. It’s an average SPF spray, with no scent and feels like any other sun spray…

Elite Make Up Lip Cheek and Tint
At first, I was super excited for this as I thought it was a liquid lipstick in this beautiful deep rose shade… I was wrong. It’s a cheek and lip tint. Whilst nice, I never tend to gravitate towards products like this… I’ll have to try and give it a go…

Aussie Hair Care 3 Minute Miracle Reconstructor Deep Conditioner

Funnily enough, the cheeky extra in this box ended up being my favourite item. I have always loved Aussie hair products and I am looking forward to using this!!

And here are swatches:
After sun, Origins moisturiser and lip tint.

And that’s it!
